I'm 20 years old and Halloween will be a year that me and my boyfriend have been together, now he is no good at keeping secrets so I have a feeling that he may propose, if he does then I will be over the moon, BUT my mother on the other hand..because he has ADHD she thinks that he is not good enough for me and that he is incapable of looking after himself let alone look after anyone else (which is in no case true) and on many occasion will slander his and his family's name simply because she wants to. So I have a feeling that if I were to come home with a ring on my finger she would hit the roof..(incase you hadn't already figured out my mother is a huge control freak and also tells me I'm not aloud to move out of the house until I'm 40..yes she really means that) What do I do?
