pregnant and 14

My boyfriend and I have been having sex for about a year now. We never have used protection, and two months ago I started having morning sickness and I didn't have a period. I took a test and it came back positive... it's been 2 months and I haven't told anybody but my ex who got me pregnant, idk what to do I want an abortion but I'm definitely not telling my parents
