Would you/are you taking your baby outside?

Aside from transporting in a covered carseat from home, to car, to another indoor location my baby has not been outside (except that one time my husband was at work). We live Miami and my husband is afraid of our baby being bitten by a mosquito due to the Zika virus which is a concern for me too! But I just don't feel like it's healthy to keep him cooped up all the time.. and now that the weather is finally changing here and there aren't any mosquitos do you think it would be safe to take him outside sometimes? Covered up of course.
