3 month old won't take long nap
My 3 month old won't take a nap any longer than 30 minutes if that. He has become an excellent night sleeper. Sleeping up to at least a 7 hour stretch most nights. I'm grateful for that but I need nap time so I can get things done around the house and schoolwork. I've tried almost everything I've read on the internet. I keep his room dark. I can tell he's sleepy he's just not staying sleep. Any advice on what I can try?
