PREGNANCY test AFTER HCG trigger shot.

Y'all, I have been trying for what feels like forever. I am so afraid to be disappointed. I had my HCG exactly last Wednesday, so a week ago. I took 2 tests JUST to see if the shot was still active in me. Yesterday, I took one and got a faint positive. Today I got a negative, so I am guessing the shot is out ?

So does that mean... No more chances of false positives ? Today is 6DPO and I have been getting cramps like im starting my period ! I have endometriosis, so i don't know. But it's also been crampy accompanied by like a ... Bubbly / fluttery feeling... (no... Its not gas) . Im just at a loss right now.
