Concerned

Hello.

I've always had super irregular periods because I have PCOS(polycystic ovary syndrome). I had the IUD put in April 27th and I've been having my period pretty regularly. It usually starts around the 24th of the month and lasts maybe 5 days.

My period was supposed to start a few days ago but I haven't gotten it yet, I've had minor cramps and some other pms symptoms though.

Should I be worried? Could someone help me understand what's happening?
