Pineapple?

Resting after ER this morning and of course I can't help but read everything I can on here to learn as much as I can.

What's this about Pineapples after FET? As long as we have a healthy embryo, we will be doing FET in November. Do I need to stock up on Pineapples and soup for that time?

I'm 7dp5dt on a fet. I heard you should take it from et to + test. Cut the pinape up as usual but ave the core and cut it into 5 pieces. It's the core you should eat a piece everyday. The pinapple is good too!

I read that eating pineapple core helps with implantation. To start after ovulation, just one a day and not to much

I'm still confused about the whole pineapple thing. Can someone enlighten us new to this? Is it after fresh or frozen transfer or both? And, do you eat the core?? I don't know if I could if I tried. The core is so hard!
