Temperature after ectopic pregnancy

I had an ectopic pregnancy on the 23rd of September. My temperature was pretty low when I found out. It was an average of 96 degrees. I went for a follow up a couple weeks ago and my temperature was a sky rocking 100 degrees but dipped low again the next day. I've been monitoring it everyday which seems like it raises a little each day. I am finally at 98.1 degrees. Has anyone else experienced low temperature after an ectopic pregnancy before? If so how long did it take to go back to normal? Now that it's at 98.1 I started to feel a bit sick.
