I'm pretty modest and I don't like breastfeeding in front of people except for my SO obviously lol. It's even weird when I do with no cover in front of my own mom but she's my mom so whatever, she actually helped me a bit with positioning and getting her to latch. Ok now to the point, my boyfriends mother doesn't get that it makes me feel really weird when I'll be feeding my daughter and she'll come up close and be like awww she's so cute. Like I was feeding my girl in her room and his mom comes in and is like "where is she??" And comes over and goes at the angle that you can see her despite having the blanket over her.. like..do u mind?? 😐 It's super awkward for me because my boob is out and I know it's NBD for other women, they can breastfeed with no cover out in public but I'm not like that at all. It's something that is private to me and plus I have a bigger chest so it kinda adds to it. When she walks over, I'll start to cover up more but she doesn't seem to get the hint. I guess since she's a woman too she thinks it's okay. 😕
