Could use some encouragement...

I'm 11 weeks pregnant. I have had a rough pregnancy this whole time. At 5 weeks I began bleeding, however they found a hematoma that has officially resolved at 9 weeks. I went back on Wednesday and that night began bleeding heavily and went to the er... they could see the baby moving and a heart rate of 176, I went back today and it was the same, the baby had a heart rate of 166 and still bouncing around. I just don't understand the bleeding. If this has happened to you and you have some advice/encouragement, please share. This is my first and it's been rough. Thank you.
