do you think e.r ?!!

Okay so everything started two and half weeks ago. The first week dry cough congestion and low grade fevers and wheezing. Monday took her to the doctor they said it was just a cold. Since then her mucus has turned yellow, shes heavily congested now, still wheezing and its a mix between wet and dry coughs, still low grade fevers, cold sweats, insanely irritable. Ive used a humidifier the nose bulb and cough and congestion medicine my dr approved and she is still miserable and saline isnt doing a thing as well as tylenol. Its breaking my heart that she feels like this and i dont know if i need to schedule another appt or take her to the e.r ???  Help!!!
