Is this a good method?

So I hate condoms and oral birth control bc it inbalances my natural way to be. I've been using these local bc pills which i have to insert in the vagina 10 mins before sex and they have 75% effectiveness. I'm also using this along with the pulling out method to be more secure. Do you think it's risky to still get pregnant from precum using these both methods at the same time? I
