Back rolls, muffin top, larger butt and thighs...I'm getting it all! ☺️ 
It'll melt off after baby is born with a little work. With my first I'd cry every time I looked in the mirror after my shower because all I saw was my once nice figure gone. But after my son was born I was back to my original shape withing 9 months. Now I'm pregnant again and it's all coming back.
