I don't know what to došŸ™

Every since I was early teens, I have been a binge eater, I eat so much junk it's unreal, I was always lucky and never gained any weight. But now after having my baby, I'm trying to lose the weight but can't because of my binge eating. I am not fat, but I'm still not my prepregancy weight which I want to achieve. How do I stop this excessive eating? I keep planning on dieting but it never happens, I just eat without thinkingšŸ™
