advice, suggestions, similar experience

I'm 17 weeks pregnant with twins. I found out on Thursday that baby A has a bright red spot on its heart and also all in its intestines. I've already done all my genetic screenings for Down syndrome and everything else under the sun. Everything came back negative. The OB said that those areas appearing like that are signs of Down syndrome but that it's highly unlikely since all of my genetic screenings came back negative. I also have a blood clot in my uterus directly connected to Baby A's sac. The sac's chord is connected directly to the blood clot then the uterus. The blood clot is being directly absorbed in to baby A. The dr said that the bright red spots in the heart and the intestines are most likely from the blood of the blood clot and that the blood just hasn't passed yet.
