Pump and dump or?

If I drink two beers do I absolutely have to pump and dump? Or just wait the two hours till the next feed?

Just wait. Pumping and dumping is pointless. It leaves you're breastmilk as it leaves your blood. Pump BEFORE you drink so you can have some bottles ready just in case.

With alcohol, you do not need to pump & dump. The amount of alcohol in your breastmilk cannot be higher than the amount in your blood. 
For example, if you had a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 (which is the legal limit for driving where I live) then your breastmilk could have up to 0.08% alcohol content. That's less alcohol than what is contained in a glass of orange juice (orange juice naturally contains up to 0.1% alcohol because there is some fermentation of sugars). This amount of alcohol in your breastmilk will not have any harmful effects on your baby, no matter how small your baby is. 
Remember, the percentage of alcohol content in your breastmilk does not equal what your baby's blood-alcohol level would be if they drink your breastmilk. It is far far far less. Just the same way that if you took a shot of 40% alcohol, your blood alcohol content is not equal to the alcohol percentage in your drink.
