Should I Be Upset?

My husband makes calls late at night. Sometimes 2 or 3 in the morning. I caught him one time talking to someone in a sultry voice. I took the phone and asked who it was. They said "Jake from State Farm". She sounded hideous. 
Should I be upset by this?
