yeast infection right before EDD :(

So I've been having to take antibiotics for a few days now for a uti and a recurring yeast infection I've had this pregnancy is flaring up again. Normally I would get a monistat 7 day to take care of it, but my EDD is 10/31 two days from now. I'm nervous about what I can and can't take, just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this, or what their doctor has told them to do? I don't want to call my doctor since he never gets back to me when I leave a message that isn't "I'm going to the hospital" or something urgent like that. My next appt is Monday but it's pretty uncomfortable, so I was hoping one of you ladies might have some good advice?
