10 days late could I be pregnant?

I started my period last month on the 22nd glow says I'm 10 days late but have tested yesterday and the day before and no bfps. The only things that I have had happen is a wierd sort of pinching pain mid stomach it only lasts a couple seconds on and off and in the mornings I've felt very very very slightly sick and today I was a moody rollercoaster? Someone please help
