1st TRIMMER BLEEDING??!

First time being pregnant and i just found out. Well not in having bleeding singular to a period but more so spotting. It changes in colour and also has a little CM also that is sticky and slimy. I'm concerned about miscarriage and etopic pregnancy. Any  advice from mama's?
