Sleeping with the Spouse

Have you ever wanted to punch your spouse while they are sleeping? I have problems going to sleep and staying asleep. Haven't found a pill to help me either and of course I stopped trying since I want a baby. Anywho my husband snore really loud. And if he isn't doing that he's grinding his sleep. I've asked him numerous of times to go to the doctor and he won't. For six months before we got married he slept in the spare bedroom. Would it be wrong if I asked him to start doing it again?

Well, I've never wanted to punch mine for snoring because I'm the snorer and the teeth grinder, but I did have a dream about him cheating with a really good friend of our when we were just dating and wanted to punch him while he was sleeping for that😂

Lmfaaaoooo! I've done that too! Ugh 😑 lol so ridiculous and actually he's done that to me too. He literally pushed me off the bed and I was knocked and so confused to what happened woke me right up & I said "wth!?"

There's been moments where I've been so frustrated I grabbed his face and slapped him. Lol

My husband sleep talks about math or coding for some programming issue happening at work. It's really annoying. He also snores really really loud. He now wears a cpap and if he doesn't wear it, I can't sleep because of his snoring.  He gets stuck in a snore, as in the loudest longest snore ever. He is a heavy sleeper so I can punch him and he won't wake up. I punch and slap him to get him to move because he doesn't wear his chin strap to keep his mouth closed and sounds like Darth Vader, or he is talking in his sleep and I need him to shut up! I'm a very light sleeper.

Try using ear plugs or turn on a fan to drown out the noise. I've found this helps me. I'm a very light sleeper and have trouble sleeping and my husband is a loud breather. I use zquil to help me sleep sometimes too. It's not as bad as some of those perscreptions

My husband gets elbows, kicks, and arm pit tickled because he is a load snorer. After a whole year of nagging he had a sleep study and has sleep apnea. Now his health/sleep will be fixed and so will mine. Cant tell you how many times I slept on the coach. Dont give up! Persistence is key! Especially for his health.

I slap mine in a loving way when he is snoring so loud he wakes me up... He definitely doesn't take it personally, and I don't do it to hurt him... just one quick slap and a "Hey, you're snoring really loud!" And he adjusts himself and goes back to sleep
