self love and appreciation post!
Why don't we all post here our struggles to accept ourselves for who we are, our journey of self growth, and why mental health is super important! Speaking from experience, anxiety and depression plagued my high school life. College was a big turning point for me. While I had depressive episodes- I learned to be more comfortable in my own skin. Recently I have learned to rely on myself for love, acceptance, and appreciation. My advice- know you have so much worth. Ur worth giving ur self love, positive energy, and friendship. Look within yourself for all this. I personally kept looking to me bf to In a way .. fix me. Fix my broken self image. But only I could do that. I still have negative thoughts. But meditation has really helped me. What are you guys' advice to others on how to start a journey to self love ? Sorry if this post is all over the place ! Much love ♥️
