period help and question!!

Hi I'm worried. My period is very regular. It's always seven days with three heavy days. I got my period two weeks before I was supposed to. I thought it was odd. It was very light and I thought very hopefully it was implantation bleeding. It was followed by mild cramps on my lower left and extreme emotions. (Which is super unusual for me. I don't get emotional nor do I feel pain) so I waited. I've had it for 11 days! It's always been very light. It's never gotten heavy then started to trail off. It's just light bleeding that I can wear a thin pad for. I don't know what's happening. It has clots in it. Do I go to the doctor? Attribute it to stress from ttc and other things in life? Could I have miscarried before I even knew I was pregnant? SOMEONE HELP
