My first time taking an ovulation test ever. Yesterday was the last day of my period. I know the faint test line means no LS surge but does it mean there most likely will be in a day or two?

You probably won't have a positive right after the end of your period. You can wait a few days before you test. I have a 34 day cycle and ovulated on CD 19

It doesn't work like that. Sometimes lh doesn't gradually increase. And can come and go throughout the entire cycle. It could still be a week or two before you ovulate. You really can't tell by taking one test
