Is this normal?

Hi I'm 6 weeks 1 day pregnant and I've been having brown discarge for 5 days with mild cramping just wondering if this is normal as its worrying me as I have had a MC before

I have had mild spotting (brown/pink) from 5-9 weeks. The doctor told me it's normal and there isn't always an answer with what is causing it. I would call the doctor on Monday and they will probably do an ultrasound. That always eased my mind to see my baby growing and seeing a healthy heartbeat. Also from my understanding when it is a miscarriage the bleeding consistently gets worse. Hoping the spotting stops! I know it is worrisome!!

Brown discharge is normal bc it's old blood leaving ur system but I'm not too sure about the cramping portion

Just to reassure you..yes, as the PP said. Brown blood is old blood. Call your doc if there's bright red blood.
