glow as birth control?

Hey everyone! Im trying to figure out the natural way to avoid pregnancy, and i wanted to get the ladycomp, but uts pretty expensive..

My question is if any of you actually use the glow app as your single form of birth control? 
I want to get off the patch cause i just dont like being 'injected' with hormones, and also because its so pricey. But my boyfriend and i are worried about how effective the natural method really is.. he says its my choice and as much as i agree, neither one of us wants a baby any time soon and he even said the other day that he doesnt really trust an app as much and tbh i dont know if i do either. I like the lady comp idea because it has been tested scientifically and its like all in one, it doesnt really leave room for human error you know?!

What are your opinions?

I wouldnt trust an app because its not accurate it doesnt tell you when you actually ovulate it is based off of averages and the concept of a 28 days cycle and ovulating on day 14 which is not the case for many and ovulating on day 14 is not accurate for most

If you truly dont want a pregnancy i would use condoms or get a non hormonal birth control like the copper iud

I believe that the fertility awareness method is around 70% effective. There are courses that can teach you how to chart your body's signs so you can avoid sex during your fertile window.

I personally got the IUD. Works great for me. My cycles are really irregular so fertility awareness isn't a good option for me.
