Can you trust $1 pregnancy tests

Recently took 3 dollar store pregnancy tests and all came back negative. Also took a $10 one from target and also tried to come in negative. Can I trust these? I'm on BC and currently on the sugar pills, however, I'm on day 3 and still no period.
