anyone else felt this way?

Okay so I will be 39 weeks tomorrow and I have just felt really bad like almost achey but not and I can't pinpoint it my whole body hurts my hips hurt and I'm having sharp pains when she moves almost like she's hitting her head down there and somewhat where it's hard to walk! And I honestly just feel like I have been hit by a truck I know I'm almost there and that could be why but has anyone else felt this way?
