Day 1 of cycle confusion
Soo I've been ttc for 3 months and I'm questioning if I'm counting the start day of the cycle correctly. Lady's do you count the first day of your period no matter what color the blood is ??? Or like i have read online day 1 is the first day to have bright red blood.
