maybe dumb question

I went to Disneyland yesterday and I walked a lot since then I've been having a lot of pains could it be because of so much walking I lost the baby? Once I stand up I get pain like sharp pains and a dull ache. I have no bleeding and no cramps it's just a weird pain that comes. I'm almost 12 weeks I have an ultrasound on Wednesday but I'm scared now
