exercising and breastfeeding
When breastfeeding, is it ok to go back to HIIT workouts to drop the weight fast? Or does this effect your milk production? Also is it more of the actual drop in weight or diet that effects your milk?
Looking to start exercising again with a mix of HIIT and heavy weight lifting which is what I use to do before getting pregnant and giving birth.
Any advice would help. Thank you! ❤️
