Ate a whole fresh pineapple 2 days ago to help induce labour 'naturally'. Despite all the success stories found online, I was left with a raw/on fire cut up mouth and still -  pregnant :( lol

According to everything I've read you have to eat about 5 whole pineapples. I ate a whole one today myself (I like pineapple anyways)! Even if it doesn't bring on labor I heard it helps soften and dilate your cervix.

Me too lol. Smashed like 3 pineapples. I got cuts in the corners of my mouth. Went to OB, no changes. Im like....fuck that. It was delicious but not worth it.

It would take 5-6 fresh pineapples to have enough bromaine to make any bit of difference.
