Schedule 4 1/2 month old breastfed

My lo is 4,5 months old and has a different schedule every day. I don't mind it that much during the day. He always takes one long nap, one short and one average. It depends on what we're doing when he sleeps longer or shorter. That is fine by me. I feed him on demand, anywhere between 2-3,5 hours during the day.

In the evening he has two options. Either he drinks at 7 PM, sleeps at 8, wakes up for a feeding at 2 am and to start the day at 6.30 am.

Or he drinks at 7 PM and I wake him up at 10. Then he wakes up for a feeding at 4 and again at 7 am.

What is better (and will give me the best chance of a full night sleep a little sooner)? What do you do?
