Pregnancy wrist?

Anyone else suffering from wrist pains after giving birth?. It's been two months and it seems to be getting worst instead of better. I can't flex my thumb on both hands otherwise I'll be in extreme pain. Also pressing on the bones hurt.

I had this! I (self diagnosed) that it was de quervains tenosynovitis. Also known as "mommy thumb." It comes about from your wrists being in awkward positions during breastfeeding and also picking your child up. I wrapped my thumbs to my hand (so I couldn't extend the thumb) with an ace bandage and iced them a lot. I also took osteo bi flex. It will go away with time. The key is to let your thumbs rest (that's what the bandage was for) and to

I know this is an old post but I am currently experiencing this. I thought maybe I sprained it somehow by picking up the car seat or something but I don’t know. Anyone go to the doctor for it? What did they say? Did it go away on its own?

My wrists started hurting while I was pregnant. My right was worse, but they both hurt. After I delivered my left one doesn't hurt anymore, but my right one still does and hurts worse than before.
