Plan B

So me and my SO had sex last night and he came in me, this is my fertile window and it says I was suppose to ovulate last night in another app (that's pretty reliable with my periods) we went to go get a plan bill but I was hung over this morning and ended up throwing it up within 15-20 minutes. I took the pill with water & was drinking gateroade prior to that. Do you guys think it would work? I called my doctor but I'm waiting for him to call me back.
