Should I got to the hospital?

Ok so I'm 38+1 and I been having some cramping in lower abdomen and lower back and I been feeling like a leak down there! The pain comes and goes. It's my first baby my mom says I should go to the hospital and see what's wrong? What should I do ???

Time your pains like yiu would for contractions for one hour. Thats what my ob told me with my first. If they seem to stay around the same length and time apart and then slowly get longer and closer together its time! If they seem sporadic and all over the place then its Braxton hicks.

Is the leak a lot or just a little? Are the cramps radiating from your back to your stomach? If so you might want to go but always calling your obgyn would be helpful.

Call your dr and see what he/she wants you to do. That is what they are there for. I always feel bad calling mine because he has a huge practice and is so devoted to every patient that I just want to leave him be but you just have to keep in mind that that is what their job is.
