I'm on cycle day 60

I have had symptoms like nausea, diarrhea, light headed ness, sore nipples and breast, and light cramping with lower back pain. But negative test and one very very faint positive. I spotted yesterday after sex but that's it. Im usually very regular so I'm very very confused. I'm between insuavces right now so I can't see a dr for a couple more weeks. Any advice?
