Is this bloat for real?!?!

Oh my goodness!!! I NEVER remember being this bloated my first pregnancy 4 years ago. I have gained 20 lbs since my last pregnancy but man oh man, this bloat is killing me. I feel like someone could just roll me right down a hill! I'm only 7 weeks! I've eaten one meal today and have been so bloated after that, holy cow!
