help!

I have no idea what to do at this point. I have went to the doctors constantly for discharge. Was usually after my period they always just said infections. Well now I have yellow discharge, when I was doing the douche they said to do I felt this lump (ball like) and once I touched it it started to bleed. (Hence the randomally bleeding after I had my period a week ago). I also have stomach pains on the right side of my stomach agitator below my belly button, what should I do 😪
