I had a chemical pregnancy late 2014, but this is the first time I've spoken about it. No I wasn't trying, it was completely unplanned, and yet I still feel a lot of guilt about it. I also didn't realize how common they are until I spoke to my best friend about it and she told me she's had two of them! I don't want to feel ashamed about acknowledging that I got pregnant, and even though it was only for a few weeks, I did mourn the loss. I feel better about it now that I've started to bring it out in the open.
