Is this finally it??? Major tmi??? This would be my second child+??

I have been having this liquid coming from my breasts for like 2 weeks and today when I wiped this showed up I'm not due to start until November 1st could this be implantation bleeding?? My moods been all over the place my nipples are tender and my breasts are sore . My hips and joints have been hurting. I won't be able to get a test til I get my last paycheck on Tuesday I'm just wanting to know what other people think of what I'm going through. Someone comment please
