advice for the sexually frustrated?

I'm coming here for help because I'm not sure where else I can go! 

I got married two years ago (I was a virgin and so was he) and we've had nothing but problems since the first time we attempted intercourse. About three months in I had surgery to make the opening wider so he could actually penetrate. After it was all healed, the doctor said there should be no reason we shouldn't be able to have great sex. Well, here we are 2 years later and sex is still terrible. It hurts (not excruciating or anything) every time, no matter where I'm at in my cycle. And to top it off, I've never orgasmed. Not even once. We've tried everything, nothing gets me aroused, so there is no natural lubrication. 

Can anyone help me?
