Lightning Crotch???

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and sometimes when baby is low and moves strongly I get this intense feeling like somebody is stabbing me with a knife in my cervix. The pain is intense enough to make me gasp. Is this what I've heard some people refer to as "lightning crotch"?
