My weight....
I just had a baby 2 weeks ago. I lost a bunch of weight, I'm currently around 190 lbs. I'm on a strict diet, and I got a exercise bike & I do 20 minutes in the AM & 20 minutes in the PM. I also pump my milk very often, I feel like I need to push myself more, cause I wanna be pre pregnancy weight, I'm tired of looking at myself in the mirror & seeing fat😒😔.. what to I do? 😔 wait it out? & keep doing what I'm doing?
