I need advice PLEASE 😔

He says he never nuts when we have sex but i feel the same way i did when i got pregnant the first time i havent had my period ive been really tired, nauseous, all ways hungry, peeing alot and ive been emotional and i took a test it said negative could i be to early for a pee test should i get a blood test at the doctor??
