Lower abdominal pain

I'm having stabbing pain on my lower right side. Not too intense. It's only stabbing pain when I use the restroom (1 and 2) and kinda dull for a little bit after then it goes away. I'm in the process of being tested for pcos but I got a positive ovulation test Thursday! Dr Google is all over the place with what could be going on. If it gets intense or constant I'll go to the ER but if not I'll wait until my Dr opens in the am. Just seeing if anyone else had this and what could it be :) thanks
