Really painful cramping...
I'm 7 weeks and 4 days and normally have dull cramping that I can ignore easily but last night I had really quite painful cramping for about 5 minutes when I was lying in bed. It was worse than AF cramping but there's been nothing else unusual (I.e bleeding or discharge). Not sure what to think?
