After pains / postpartum pains.... help?

Postpartum pains...... shall we?

Normal Vag delivery and ebf via pump and bottle.

I get the whole after pains thing. My son was born the 25th. I have been thru all the pains in the bellybutton and below region and they are tapering off. However.... now i have this dull achy pain in my stomach or upper abdominal area. I even feel it if i bend over too far, sit slouched or lean over the counter. Like its sore to the touch. I read over the paperwork and it lists things but i dont want to go in if its only one symptom. (At my hospital the er visits are an allllll night thing). Also today is day 2 of regular bowel movements so its not constipation pains.

Anyone experience this? At what point do i suck it up and go in? Ideas?
