I drink lactose milk 1% and that help a lot, I also do warm water enema if I can't go.

I drink a probiotic drink and its the only think that keeps me regular. There are a few different types that I have done. Either probiotic drink like keiveta (SP?) Or kombucha. Both are good for you but they taste a little on the vinegary side. Personally it helps my stomach with nausea and I like the taste of it. The best brand I have found is called Bucha. It tastes like tangy soda. Cost between $2.50-3.99
