how likely is it to have a false negative??

Has anyone ever experienced this? With my son I took one 4 days before I was suppose to start and it came back positive. I'm 3 days late took a test and came back negative??

It's unlikely as they're usually accurate from day of missed period.
Some woman don't show up on hpts but as you have previously I would suggest that isn't the case.
Having said that you're not out until af shows!

False negatives are way more common than false positives

I got negatives until 10 days past my missed period...keep testing

I got negatives up until 9 days late. I finally got a positive with a digital.
